Tactics Ogre: The Knights of Lodis is a very nice game.
im not gonna review it.
just buy it or something.

Any game is a nice alternative to FFT:A. I mean, they took a great game, made it suck, and then made it portable so you could cry for the series while in the car.

Tactics Ogre didn't really catch my eye either. It was too slowly paced compared to other Tactics games. Not really the battle system, just the game itself.

How can FFTA possibly be based on Final Fantasy if most of it has nothing to do with Final Fantasy?

The monsters and a few miniscule preferences perhaps.....
I dont think ANYONE looks at FFTA as an actual ff game...

its real tricky.

arenas contour to the current weather (ie. arenas flood if its heavy rain).
weird way to learn techniques.
soldiers suck.
ninja is a begginer class 0_o
some classes benifit from weather,enviroment (snow, water)

true they shoulda stoped at 9 but they went on... and what about dragon warrior? is it gonna just vanish now that its squarenix?
