agni and rudra from devil may cry 3 because they turn into two awesome red and blue sabers once you kill them.

Well, only two of the three are bosses but I say Solid Snake(non-boss, main character of MGS series), Liquid Snake and Solidus Snake. Though, I like Liquid and Solid better. Solidus was weird and freakish.

boss battles that involve two or more related people fighting the hero (ie. twinrova... if that is one... never got up to it)

Now that I understand this topic....

My favorite twin boss fight is with EMERALD WEAPON! MUAHAHAHA.

Bastard EW.  With her gay HP and MP orb thingies.

I put like 12 counterattack materias on Yuffie with her ultimate weapon and she was doing 9999 with each hit...didn't take too long for it to die.

I started the fight with Cloud in lucky 7's.  So 7777 about 93 times followed by Yuffie's insane counter-attack + cover materia combo.
