Gah! Well I'm trying to use this chipset that look like an ice cavern for a map of mine look like it's spiraling downward then leads to the right...
I've tried two ways one looked to flat and well this one looks to well...I dont like it, have'nt added any detail or events since al I'm trying to get is the players path done....
Um yea does this look lke its spiraling downwards?
If not could I get a chipset that would work....I've been having trouble finding one that would work both spiraling and an ice cavern look to it...

It kinda looks like it, but I wouldn't have thought so if you didn't say anything.
When you said "spiraling downwards", I was kinda picturing something a little more like the second screen in the last dungeon of Final Fantasy VII.. You know what I mean?
EDIT: Maybe you could get someone to like, make a picture of it for you, and use a picture somehow.. Just an idea, though. I haven't used RPG Maker for a good two years, so I have no clue if that's even possible.
EDIT 2: Actually, I think that making it fill up the screen more might make it work out a little better, too. Maybe if some of the pieces have shadows on them, you could utilize that, too.

FFII- didnt really think of that...but yea I understand
Using a picture would probably make it better that and I can save myself form making the map too big...
Yea I'm going ot be adding shadows for sure it'll help alot to give it more detailed look I'm wanting....
Well heres another shot..(maps getting bigger than i wanted since I didnt want the player to spend alot of time going in one direction...I'm going to make the edges vary in size to help some and thinking of having the character's size decrease gradually as well...
That'll work right? Still not sure what to add for detail though, water dropping here and there and instead of birds flying around it be bats...
