This has absolutely nothing to do with the PUB.

Dang! I wanna do that........that would be so tight
-
How exactly are they going to gain money? Are they selling tickets?
I wasn't aware that people would pay money to watch other people play games...

Every geeks dream job.

Dude... didnt they already do the exact same thing like 5 months ago... and fail terribly?
-
I never heard of anything like this. Honestly I have the same question as Apex, but it's still an interesting idea.

Yeah, something very similar was done. But they failed horribly cause it was the first time they'd played half of the games. They never even got around to playing them all in time.

But they still raised over $1000 for St. Jude's
Great cause :)
-
Bad planning, I guess. It is pretty cool that they're trying, but this seems more like a 'look at us we're doing good deeds!' thing than an actual attempt to raise money for autism prevention/research or whatever.
-
I can get to the final boss of Link's Awakening in a few minutes, but the game freezes, so I guess I couldn't beat it.
-
Whats autism? It reminds me of arthritis. Anyway, those guys made a big mistake. I don't think it'll raise much money.
-
Autism is a brain development disorder that impairs social interaction and communication, and causes restricted and repetitive behavior.
-
So its like ADHD? Anyways, I'm curious to see how much money they raise though I think I'll never find out.

@lilsniffs:
I say great cause and good job to them because my sister suffers from a form of autism; raising money for charities is not a competition. Congrats to your school! But these few people did a great thing. If you don't understand this, I suggest you mature a bit.
