I like it
Except for the fact that he doesn't have a body
And the fact that the sword looks a bit weird. It looks like the hilt is farther forward in the Z axis then the blade, probably cause it's darker
Other then that it's good

He has no body, probably because you're a lazy bastard, his sword is mis-shapen, looks like the blade is broken, the scar on his eye looks like hair, his chest is out of proportion and his head is oversized.

His chest plate thing looks kinda weird... It should get bigger as it gets nearer the viewer, not smaller.

The perspective on the head is weird, and he's missing an eye. Poor eyeless guy.
As for "my mouse hates me" . . . that's why there are tablets. Computer drawing is not a requirement, so if you want to do it, either get really good with a mouse or invest in a Wacom. I love my tablet (though I use it mostly for web graphics, spriting, and writing rather than drawing).
As for "get out of anime", I disagree. I think if people can develop their own interpretation of the anime and manga aesthetic, than it's fine, a great thing to play with. However, if you draw your figures and faces just like your favorite artists do, or just like your favorite animes style (i.e. OMG U GAIZ LOOK AT MAI DOOD I DREW HIZ EYEZ JUST LIEK NARUTOS LOL!), then that is lame. This from the girl who still has to remind herself that only CLAMP can bestow their men with absurdly thick eye makeup-looking-lines and still be awesome.

More or less I just go for my own style, didn't mimic any particular anime (The reason not limited to the fact that they all suck). The eye is missing because I couldn't quite get it right at the angle it's at, and I couldn't quite get giving his face shading right with just black. Oh, right, and I'm dirt poor. Not quite my family, but *I* am, so should I ever get a tablet, it'll be by being a mooch XD

Dom, I think it looks very good, despite it being a well known drawing style. You made a good hand, which (at least for me) is one of the hardest things to do on a person. The sword looks pretty effed up - try straightening it or something so it doesn't look so bent. The handle/hilt could also serve to be a little smaller/thinner.

Art is solely for self enjoyment until you decide to share it, at which point just your opinion ceases to matter. I think I've gone through this shtick before.

Also yes, gtfo with that self enjoyment ****. If its truly about self enjoyment then dont post it on the internet. Or show anyone. Just because you want respect as an artist doesn't mean that you have to bend and conform to what other people say, but it doesn't mean doing some weak generic anime style is any better.
Try not to get stuck into **** like that. Really. And by that I mean flat mouth, no nostrils, triangle nose, huge eyes, etc. It does no one any good. The arm is pretty off. That elbow is just ridiculous. Unless its a shirt sleeve. If thats the case, fix the folds. Get some straighter lines dude. Straighter and more solid. Its just a mess the way it stands now.
It looks like you're just starting out though, so I guess I cant expect so much. W/e. You'll get better if you keep at it.

Yeh, I feel I should apologize about the eyes. I tend to go for more realistic facial proportioning, this is more or less the first time I've really tried drawing with a mouse. Still getting used to it, bla bla. Besides, I still use a pencil, I just don't have my webcam any longer and I feel like showing something off for once.

The Slayer from Baldur's Gate. Maooor fan-art. The legs are out of proportion, I know. Given, that wouldn't be such a problem if I added in the arms that it uses as a second set of legs, but eh. I'm not satisfied with my work with this guy, but I got lazy.

Get some real lines.
Not the thousands of mini ones.
I mean actual, confident lines.
Do a rough sketch first if you want, then go over it in a darker shade or a different color, but get some ACTUAL LINES.
Also human heads do not work that way.
You dont need to over detail the hair like that. Just draw the outline for it. I guess its personal choice but it looks sloppy and rushed that way.
Your eyes are like... discs. Like rice cakes. Make them SMALLER and space them 1 EYE APART. Also their noses are just check marks. Fix that.
STYLE IS NOT AN EXCUSE.

I use multiple layers and the paint-chat I usually go in has only two layers, so the darker lines is more or less out of the question. Spacing character's eyes one eye apart I never actually tried, and since I tend to try and give pictures a more '3-dimensional' appearance (meaning one side becomes more 'flat' as the character turns further away from the perspective) but it's something I'll have to try.
As far as style not being an excuse, I agree with you to some degree. Style isn't an excuse because style adapts, if you will, with time, and improves, if that makes any sort of sense. I have been making some attempts at using a more realistic style but the 'manga style' if you'd like to call it that has been what I've been using since I was around ten, so it's nothing that I exactly expect I'll be making an immediate change in.

I must agree with Lucas to some degree.
The female's shoulders are really broad for being female.
Also, the feet of the first male looks a bit twisted.

I was pretty lazy with the female version, but for the sake of realism; 'she' is supposed to be at least somewhat muscular. The shoulders I'll get around to fixing some time, maybe, otherwise don't expect too much change.

But if she's supposed to be muscular, the guy can't be muscular at all since they seem to have just as muscular arms and legs.
So you might want to make the male a bit more buff or make the female a bit less.
The armours are sex though.

Search google for naked female bodybuilders and you will see that even if they are muscular as hell, they still dont have the same anatomy as muscular dudes. Unless they take drugs in order to get muscular, then they look just like guys. But natural ones dont.

Of course there are. You can even tell the difference. By natural I mean non drug using. And there are bodybuilders who dont do drugs.
There aren't any successful bodybuilders who doesn't use drugs.

That dragon is splendid. I really like the form and anatomy. Do more dragons.
I'm not a fan of the underwing texture though. Perhaps it would have been better left blank?
It might just be me, but I think the density of detail in the underwings when compared with the rest of the picture gives them a sort of visual weight. It gives the impression that they are the heaviest part of the dragon, which just doesn't fly with me. Oh ho ho.
