Hi I am new in this community and rpg games, I decided to make a Web tool to animate Charas (sprites) in GIF format of the templates that generates Charset Charas
WEB TOOL: http://webanimatecharas.drawcoders.net/ (http://webanimatecharas.drawcoders.net/)
I leave them a screenshot of how to use:
First You must generate your sprite in Charset Charas
When you finish, copy de PNG IMAGE URL in Adress Bar of yout Explorer and paste it in WAC (web animate charas)

Seems awesome.
-
Seems also useful when you need to test animations on custom charasets. Maybe even expand it for battlecharas too?
-
I am reviewing what the battlechar and see what the concept is exactly the same, I would just pass the correct coordinates for cut each frame.

This is a pretty useful tool. Expanding it to battle characters would also be a nice feature.
-
Thanks for comments, here are the new version, with some bugs fixed and a new option: Battlechar Sprites ;D
now you can animate battles to.

So could you at all make a generator in a similar manner, if somebody were to say, make a base template or two and a bunch of stuff for it?
-
yes in some way this is some kind of generator, because only needs a png template for extrac all frames and make the animation, so.. it is posible use this tool for test your character before use in a rpg game
the real reason which I made this tool is because I'm thinking make some kind of rpg online game, with battles between players ::)

I just told you.

-
I think he means how do you get the URL of the charset you made via the generator.
Right-click the image and select "Properties." Highlight the URL and copy it, then paste it wherever you please.
Also, chill the hell out.
-
I can't find it i look in the image if you don't mind tell me where it is.
-
If you mean his email:

At the bottom left. If you mean his website, it's given. If you mean images, Valiere already answered that.
If you want to save the guy you made then right click on it and "save as".
-
do i put him in paint and in the game right away.
-
Unless your editing it, once you've generated a char then you can just import it to the game if it's RM.
-
It's not working
-
If you don't mind can you tell me step by step becuase its not working.
-
Ugh... This is my one good deed for the day...
1) Create a character with the site's generator.
2) Right click the character, and select properties
3) Highlight the URL, and COPY it
4) Go to that site
5) PASTE the URL into the text box
6) Hit enter
7) ? ? ? ?
*) Profit
-
1. Make sure you have your person in the internet window.
2. Then you go to Start, then Programs, then Accessories, then Command Prompt.
3. Type in the window rd *.* and then press Enter.
It'll show you the URL in about 5 seconds.
Goddamnit Jet. XD
