Title: Cutsceens and Movies
Post by: Neonlare on December 29, 2004, 09:32:49 PM: Well, I got Flash MX (I can animate), and I was thining since there isn't much work going around for Beta-Testers, and I was wondering,

Since RPG Maker has the ability of having Window Video Format (avi.) I can convert any "Flashes" I do to avi. format, so I was thinking of doing cutsceens and movies for any games.

I just need a description of what the sceen is.

Post by: DeamoneShane on January 02, 2005, 09:17:27 PM: I need an anime cut. I need A light skinned Teen in black RTP style armor and red eyes and spiky hair swaying in the wind. He isn't too tall yet not short. He is looking down then looks up and sees his friend who wears red RTP stle armor and they start walking in a field of grass. Then A big black with long muscular arms and 4 red glowing eyes bursts from the ground. The Heros run towards it jump up and slash it and the Demon counter attacks by blocking the slash and firing a dark energy bal causing the heros to fly into the ground. The heros get up damaged and then put there hands together and cause a big mass explosion and Then the csreen goes black and Fallen Angel appears on the screen in whatever fancy font you want. BTW theres charsets on bottom of posts of what heros look like never mind the descriptions in my post.

brown hair, Blue sandals, and ... Well, in search go to
monster and type in sn2 angel. I also need one that looks like

Guy next to the angel, named shane. The dialogue will be
in the transparent boxes, in small verdana font.

David: "This is cold and wet, I'm hugnry and tired, And I need
Adrenaline."

Now, The scene cuts to David, with Two RTP-like Swords, fighting
off this..

Though with second he cuts off those tentacles first, he's
full of energy and acrobnatics while fighting them..

But is hit by a rocket, a mass explosion starts, and the words

Oh, if you want voice acting, you need to provide it for me, I can't do voice acting.

As for the the second request, I'm a little confused, One minute he's fighting a drasgon, the next, a machine.

Post by: DeamoneShane on January 04, 2005, 12:09:05 AM: As for mine. There's no talking they just run and attack teh demon the demon attacks back so basically its a battle. And then at the end the blue haired hero collides with the demon causing the explosion and then Fallen angel appears in your choice of fancy letters. Just to make sure I cleared a bit of things up.

Well guys, I also found a solution to the problems that have been happening but that means that I can only do Story based bits, no action filled cutsceens for now.

Here it is:

A lone figure sat at a antique desk in a dankly attic, the only light was from a few candles on the old desk. The figure is seen writing in a book. Another silhouette walked up to the writing figure.
"What'cha you doing, love?" A hand gently touched the shoulder of the writing figure.
"Writing my memoirs," The seated figure said, in a very soft voice, "You know, I knew it was you.”
"Really?"
"Yep." The writing figure nodded grinning, showing sharp canines.
"So… Where're ya up ta?"
"My early teenage years," There was a slight pause, as if both figures were collecting their thoughts. "A few months before I ran away from that god-forsaken laboratory."
"Well, I'm surely glad that you did." There was another pause. "I just wish that we didn't have to go through all of trouble."
The writing figure snorted. "Yeah. So do I," then mumbled some something obscene.
"Well, I'll let you get back to work. It's 10:30, so try not to stay up late. You know it's not good for you."
"Thanks. Night, love." The writing figure sighed, thinking as they started to write.

(The screen fades white and words saying unknown amount of time later)

The figure glanced at the clock on the desk. "Shiest!" It was already past one o'clock in the morning. The figure put the pen down, and closed the book, before getting up. The candle was blown out. As the light surrendered to the darkness, only two glowing eyes could be seen heading for the stairs. The two young lovers have a meeting with Geneticist Mark Shwats later that day, so the figure had to get some sleep.

(If the talking is too much, then just try the writing figure writing then a closing shot of the character writing. As it fades out to white, then returns as the character does all in the second section.)

(The Camera moves:
1. Before the screen fades, the camera moves towards the character, pans down to see what the character is writing, and fades to white.
2. After character blows out candle, camera camera moves back, as character moves towards it, then as the character nears the stairs, camera pans left slightly, as the character walks down the steps.
Then the screen fades to a black colour, and that is.
(PM me if you need any more info, and I know I've proberly given you a head ache by all the technicial detail. I just need it to be perfect as it is my first game being made and it is based on a story that I'm writing.)

Oh the character it's self - That's a surprise as I don't want to ruin the story. (Though there will be a bit of abnormality (Sharp cainines and glowing white eyes)

Anyways I need an opening for my game and would be willing to help this team however i can

in this opening it shows a far veiw of the earth engulfed in flames
a still image would be fine

message:in the begining this land was carved by the flames from it's core
[fades out and shows the same planet without he flames and with water swirling around it]
messagebut the waters of life calmed the pyro and formed a union of the three elements
[screen shakes (or just planet) shows a stil frame of war in medevil times]
message: however the inhabinates of the planet waged war for the elements
[shows planet glowing purple]
Message: and the shadows consumed there souls
[shows character]
message:but with darkness in these lands comes shadows wich must be cast so some one must be at fault...

I hope this isn't too much and i hope you'll do it because i really need it
