Title: Monster Makers (Reopened)

This was originally was started by Videogamemaster89.

R.I.P.

The rules originally in the first Monster Maker thread was to submit a picture and they would rip it for you.

The NEW Rules:

1. New joining members need to show some of their work, at least 1 ripped monster. Which also follows into rule 7.

2. Submit a request, any request, and it'll get done as soon as possible, but you need to be specific about your request if you don't supply a picture.

3. We do not require pictures for monsters. If you do not have a picture, tell us exactly what you want, and it will be found, one way or another (We have limited resources though).

4. No more than three requests per post, reason being is because it may seems like too much work to someone, and it might get skipped by one of the members (This will be prevented from happening).

5. Do not double post until a few days have passed after your request. If the days have gone by and there was no one claim to your request, that is the time to repost, but this most likely will not happen. But do not repost the picture if you supplied one.

6. If your monsters are too big, don't be afraid to ask, we can resize them for you.

7. If you submit a picture for membership, and it seems edgy, rough, etc., you will be asked to rip a picture by Wildguy, once your picture is submitted, your registration will continue.

Any questions about membership or anything at all, you may PM Wildguy or Vulcan.

-If you are going to sign up, make sure that you stay, or tell me that you're going to be gone for a little bit so I can put on your name that you're away.
- You can, but it is not required to put Monster Maker on your sig.
- If you have not been present in the thread for 30 days or more, your name will be removed from the list.
- If you have been contacted about the 30 days rule, post on the thread that you are present.
*Note: Thirty days is the limit, no questions asked. If you know you are going to be gone for a while because a school, vacation, etc. that's fine, just PM me and let me know, so I won't remove you.

OMG Thanks a billion Wildguy! Videogamemaster89 never came back (RIP) and I stayed, making monsters for you guys. I am very happy wildguy re-opened this team because it kinda died when videogamemaster left. But it didn't matter because I think I was better than him, ut Gyrus wanted to join so I let him but never seen him since.  So any requests at all just ask!!

PS: Wildguy, StealthChickenX is also on the team he joined a couple of weeks ago.

PS:PS:members: You are not required to put "Monster Maker" on your sig, but try to put it on you member title.

PS: PS: PS: I have had some complaints about my monsters being too big, so from now on every monster will fit your Rmk guaranteed!

It looks fine to me, the gun seems a little crooked and it still has some of the original color on the outsides. But it is a great piece of work by a beginner.

The only reason it looks that way is because it has so many colors. You need to find a smaller one, because I can't recolor it if it's that large and I have shrink it so much.

I guess I can make the pot smaller.

Well, I am like halfways done with that big-monster. And I haven't had lot's of time because of my job and stuff. I don't think that Sephiroth is coming back, he's one of those request and leave guys. Since he's not coming back, I am not going to finish the monster.

The new rule sucks, I think you should be able to put whatever background color you want, tha'ts what I think.

The reason I picked that was because the blue looks like a good default color for the monsters. I started with green, and it didn't look so good, but if the monster are blue, like you said, I guess there we can make an exception.

If you have any more objections, please post, and I will consider removing that rule.

I think that we should be allowed to use different colors for the backgrounds because I feel that certain colors fit the monster.

Example: a Tank I ripped from Call of Duty for my cousin, I felt that the background should of been Dark green so you could see the tank.
Example2:The Gryfon-Archer request I took, I felt that red was a good choice since it already had green and blue in the monster.

"I made"? Don't you mean you ripped that from Rockman and Forte?

And as for proof of my statement...

Edit: But if you mean you made the rip, try not to say that. Just say "ripped" if you did so and only say "Made" when it's custom or if you edit somthing say "I made an edit of ____". Include sources too.

Yeah, Darkfox is right there's no way you alonde did that by yourself. Can you rip this? Here are some requirements that I will judge on your pic:

1. Rip it out and make the background color whatever color you like.
2. Make it Png. Format.
3. Make it facing right.
4. Resize it to 75% it's original size.

I and other monster makers (if they want) will see how well you did on the picture and see if you are ready for Wildguy's picture he will make you rip.

I will score this out of 20/20

MSlash67, I have a problem with a chocobo monstersets that you have created for me. When i save your image and i open rpg maker 2003 for import the image, the program say that the resolution is not valid. I have save the image in bitmap 256 color and then resave the image self in PNG format, and the program acept the new image format. But when i create in the program a new monster, I insert the chocobo image, but the green background around him appear. Can you help me? How can I cut the background around the chocobo monster? I have used Paint for do the change of resolution.

while your importing the monster to RM2k3 it should show you a preview if you just click on the green background it should make it flash which means it'll be transparent.

HEY GUYS! Im' back! I'm sorry I couldn't respond to you guys it's just that I changed the password to my computer, then I couldn't remember it, now I figured out how to change it without knowing the old one! But any ways this it what is going down:

edit. cing the namco capcom screen shots inspired me 2 rip a game lol . the green and purple characters are from a platform game called sandra adventures it's a jap only snes game . il rip loads of monsters from and even a battlke set . thou he hasnt got the gold armour in the game

Hi. I need some monsters created or ripped.
They will be a bit tricky because I am using Rm2k3.
OK, The monsters are:
1 male security officer from say a prison
1 female security officer from a prison again
1 male army personell
1 female army personell
1 male police officer
1 female police officer
The monsters have to have guns at the ready.
The police officers have to have a normal hand gun, so does the security officers. The army personell will have to have a army issue assault rifle.
Their faces are to be showing.
And remember I am using RPG maker 2003.
(I won't be able to come online for about 9 days from tomorrow though)

Just a couple of announcements....

1. PikaTira, I read what you said when Vulcan made your charset into a monster, but was it what you wanted? I couldn't tell if what you said was "Thanks, but no thanks" or just a "Thanks", let me know.

2. Linkforce, the answer is yes, just like NightGlider said, thank you, NightGlider.

3. Nikey, on the hunter, I'm not exactly sure that I can change its colors to that exact one. I'm going to try some coloring techniques and see what I can come up with. I don't own Adobe Photoshop and I am not aware of the amazing things you can do with it that you can't with other softwares. If I am unsuccessful with the recoloring, I can give you it, resized and cut, and somebody with an amazing recoloring software can do it. But from my look at it, it looks like it has 20 -30 different greens, maybe even more. And how small are you wanting it? I will cut it and try a small way, if you don't like it, I can make it smaller.

4. Darkfire_renagade, I'll decrease the size, but which maker will you be using it on?

5. Nikey, I read your request at the top of page 20, and I'm not understanding what you're wanting. Just take the time and type up real slowly and specifically what you want. LoL, it just looks like you were in a hurry to type it.

Need a final boss monster made for me. It's name is Senderil and is sort of a legendary beast. It's for RPG Maker 2000. The beast should be large and black. It should have red eyes, large amount of armor, and have a sword. The actual body should be like a cross between a behemoth from FF and a knight. So in other words, a large furry black colored beast with small red eyes, a grin, a sword, and lots of armor. It should be "Standing" on two legs and have only two arms please. Thank you.
