Charset of monster Image

I need a FSM style charset of this monster.  If someone could do it.

I have a character that transform into this monster -- so I'll post the original character if that helps.

here is the original character. Its the one with blonde hair.

Also:  If someone could make the head seem like its facing right (to match rm2k3 monsters) in the monster image, that'd be nice too.
