A converter: RM2K resources into XP ones

Some time ago I downloaded this program from the Spanish community; since I still see no RMXP resource creator, I suggest you to use this converter: put your CharaSet in the right folder of a RM2K project and then use this program to convert them (remember to set a destination for processed resources)

It's a bit old, so you may need to configure Win XP hardware options.

p.s.: the best filtro is Super2xSal, because it corrects transparency problems and huge pixels
