Master of Orbs

[Prpl_Mage]

Marduki stared at the metal object in the spirit's hand. The light reflected upon the smooth, metalic surface.
-"What sorcery is this oh spirit? A magic stick perhaps? A wand as told in the legends of foreigners?"
He said as he stood with the small knife against the orb like a hostage; unsure of what to do. Or rather, what the gun could do.

Corgan still appeared rather dizzy but clear enough to speak and think.
-"Put the knife down and you won't have to get hurt." He said and glared at Marduki.
Marduki could hear the determination and he knew that spirits had nothing to fear... But both of them had mentioned the orb.
-"The spirits asks you once again to lower that knife, we are ordering you..."

Marduki made a sour face before dropping the dagger to the ground.
-"And drop the orb while you're at it..." Corgan said and smirked.

-"The spirits give and the spirits take... I guess we have to live with the fact that you indeed have powers greater than us mortals." He mumbled before weighting the orb in his hand. He did so and then threw it with all his might as far up into the open sky as he could.
It would probably fall down just a feet or two away from him but it was a distraction enough to leap into the cover of the tree behind him.

And everyone except for one foreigner was still facing up at the orb that began to fall downwards as gravity forced it to.

OOC: Sorry about the quality in this. But i felt that I had to take a part now and push the story onwards.
