Gif animations from my game

Yepp, Unfreeze is the easiest out there, just make a GIF for every frame and then place them in order and Unfreeze will play them in the order. In other words, it's like making a movie with those picture-lines like back in the older days.

The dying guy could use another frame before he drops to the ground , it looks... laggy.

As for Uberpwn, did you make the sprites used in the animations as well? Or did you just comply them into animations.
