Hi,
I looked everywhere but i didn't find any rules or better license for this awesome generator. So here's the question: Can I use graphics generated by this generator for commercial use?

The generators pretty much for your use.  Though I doubt you'll make any good graphics for commercial use.  I'd stay away from any of the graphics that are Final Fangame-ish though =|

This is something that I am very concerned about. I am working on a project for the XNA Community Games platform, and would love to use Charas material. Personally, I don't want to charge, but I think that you need to set a minimum price of $4 or something. Of course, you can upload your entire game as the free trial, but I think you still have to have a paid version.

If the game is done with any rpg maker (2000,2003, XP or VX) then the rules of agreement you signed during installation says that you can not use the program to make profit.
Or so I'd like to remember it.

The charas graphics are based on the RTP that came with 2003(I believe) and I think they were made by the same company that made the maker.
