The Criminal and the Lady

I remember always complaining about how directors stopped making classic Adventure movies instead of the movies with all the "meaning" in them. I still can't imagine people quoting Avatar years from now. Something I realized was that these games often don't try to be a game with adventure, but rather a game with some big wank of story hiding the gameplay. With this project, I plan to bring back adventure, rather than story.
You play as the Criminal. You steal, you break into houses, you have fun. One day, as you look into a house ready to steal its items, you see a lady. Her hair is shiny, her breasts are amazing, her *** is amazing, and her face beautiful.
The Criminal passes by the house every night for a stare. This lady was amazing. One day, the Criminal had enough. He had to go in to meet her.
He entered the house in his crime gear, ready to charm the lady. During his attempt at love, a man smashed the Criminal in the back of the head with a bottle.
The Criminal wakes in a jail cell.
Ive already begun on making the map of the town.
This game will also have a Night/Day system like Zelda Ocarina of Time. When the morning begins, a picture of the daytime sky appears as a rooster sounds of the morning. All the people are out of their houses doing their daily routines.
Then, it becomes night time. A starry sky is shown as a wolf howls. Most of the people are tucked away in their beds.

Cool
story bro
Hmm, I thought adventure and story were pretty much synonymous. An adventure could, in fact, be considered a type of story.
What you seem to be trying to avoid is stuff like symbolism and meaning and ****. Good on you. I was never into that allegorical artsy fartsy stuff either.

Yeah, Story is a very important part of rpg's (these day's). I do think you just mean the crappy symbolism stuff. Avatar didnt do that kinda stuff good. It was also a cliche message, but... Back to your game.
Sounds like It has some potential but being a peeping tom is not my thing.
