Transfer a somewhat completed 2K game into 2003

yes there is but the bad news is you have to but all the chipset back on to all the maps
and all your heros as the go all black when you save it to 2003

Just open it up into RPG Maker 2003.  It'll convert it for you.  All you need to do is add the things to the game that aren't in the 2000 program.  If you use rtp, you might need to re-pick the sounds and such.
