Help whit cara

Sorry for annoing you,but i have a problem.I have created some charasets whit Charaproject, but they cannot be imported in rpgmaker2000 due to bitmap size.I tried too cooping them in the project, but they appear disproportionates, and editing the images(at least in the way i edited them,Monkey pic) Didn't help.
