Problems loading characters and monsters

I am having trouble with my uploads. The monsters and characters load just fine but they lose their transparency. I am new to the program. Is this just a simple mistake or is this something I  need to tweak in the database or paint.

Click on the background at the resource preview when you import the file into the maker. It decides the transparency for stuff. Some stuff already have a transparent background. this can be seen when the background is flashing during the preview. Flashing colour = transparent colour.
