When I use the fac-set gen at the mains ite, all of the colors on the face are all faded and sun-soaked and only show up as faded golds and blacks. Does this change at save or upload?

I know exactly what the problem is. Are you using the Anime Face? That's a bad resource; it uses a lot of colors. The limit is 256 colors, so if a faceset needs more than that, the image screws up.
