I'm new and I'm having a problem

Hello, I'm new to this board and to this site and I'm having a problem.  When I select a picture option that includes several different colors of the same type of picture, a separate window pops up with my different options.  Links are displayed for me, but I can not choose any of them.  They do not show up in the display box like those that don't have any other color options.  At first I thought maybe there was a problem with the site or it was being updated, but when I tried to use the chara generator on a different computer, everything worked just fine.  Did anyone else have this problem when they first discovered this site (by the way, this site is spectacular), and if you did could you tell me what could be the problem?  I'm figuring it has something to do with my internet options, but when it comes to my choices on changing things, I don't know what needs to be changed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this problem once too. If you have any ad blockers or firewalls, try turning them off.

Ok, I have several firewalls on.  I'll try turning them off.  Thanks for your help.
