Would like a rip or a tip...

Man, it's been a while since I've been here.  After a year-long haitus, an impulse got me back on the maker again, now using RPG Maker 2000 instead of 2003.

I just need one little thing...either:

1) Sound effect rips from Earthbound (yeah, it's a fan game, but this is my choice, it's for myself, and I've been in an EB mood lately).

            OR

2) Directions to where I can get a simple sound effect/midi creator so I can duplicate these SFX to the best of my ability.  Or perhaps a way to rip them myself.  It really doesn't matter.  These are basically the only resources I need now to get me moving.  Just take into account that I cannot access my hard copy of EB right now, so if you can tell me how to rip them, it will have to be done through a ROM, if that's possible.

Any help will be much appreciated.  Thanks a lot.
