A skilled monster artist needed

It says "help needed" in the category description, so I'm asking for it.  I need help from a skilled graphic designer.  it needs to look hopefully convincingly like the RM2k3 art style, but I'm happy with anything atleast above average.  I need a monster that looks like this:

------- a large body, with a very upside down lightbulb shape, but less defigned, (purple or blackish, leathery) and rooted to the ground.
------- a large red bubble on the middle of the body.
------- a blue skinned upper body of a person that looks somewhat like the upper body of the 'satan' RTP monster, with two scythes or swords, whatever's easier.   all six wings relatively the same
------- four large arms, same color as the body, connected to the lower part of the bulb of the body.
------- a large dragon head in the middle of the four arms
------- a large ring behind it, not attached,  just floating.

*sorry if I seem picky, but honestly, as long as its facing the right and its half way decent and looks atleast alittle like what I described I'll be very happy.  thank you for any help you can offer.

so pot-bellied, purple or blackish, leathery, red bubble (like blood spurting out?) upper blue skinned demon. 6 winges. 4 leathery large arms (muscle toned?) connected to lower half,

Large ring behind it- as if it was a shield sorta?

Dragon head in middle of 4 arms??? Is like a tail or something or just some long necked dragon pokeing its head out?

And the whole creature is stuck in the ground?

Having a hard time picturing this but I'll give a shot...
