Chip Set Request

Anybody know where to find chip sets that match modern-day America (rural/suburbs mainly, though I'll probably need city, too.) If I could find anything that reasonably worked with RTP style sprites, I'd be fairly happy. Right now, I'm stuck using chipsets that look like they were done freehand in paint (and which I actually fixed/improved greatly in under ten minutes with paint. They still look shoddy though.)
