New forum theme up and running!

Starting your Junior year everyone and their brother wants you to go to their college. The mail I got from my Junior year until after graduation from schools wanting to recruit me probably weighs more than myself (I'm about 180, gotta love the Freshman 15). Some will make more lucrative offers if you are an academic achiever, others may give offers based on sports involvement or whatever. You can mostly ignore the mail you get except to mark down a few names. Do your research - sure, DeVry sends out a lot of mail and touts how amazing their game development program is. But it's a load of crap - 1. It's a game development program (99% of all game development college programs are aimed at getting gullible kids who like videogames to pay money for substandard teaching), and 2. DeVry SUCKS ***. I have testimonials and evidence to support this. Also, so far my college has focused on both education and career development, especially networking. I just got the impression from Aboutso's post that he was saying our colleges focus on making students do work more than teaching them well, which isn't the case in my experience.
