A dark time for resources?

These are dark days for RPGMaker in general. It's getting to be a pretty old program.
People are losing interest.

I blame the VX ad.

Hmm... Good point. And I just noticed we didn't lose any resources on CR. I must've been thinking of somewhere else. However, those sites I mentioned are all down. Chipsets are the main problem for me. That's usually all I ever have trouble with, especially now.

I should post some of my resources, I've made a few for people on this site including chipsets and such.  I just have to get around to doing gathering them all.

On the topic of CR, I was also wondering what happened to panoramas? It doesn't appear that they're mixed in with backgrounds or anything. It appears that they're just gone.

To be honest, I'm always surprised when rm2k3 newbs turn up on charas these days. Where on earth did they hear about the program in the first place? As far as I can tell it's almost impossible to find a link anymore...

Maybe I've just imagined that because I haven't been searching around.

What if the CR had sections?
Like for exapmle:

Custom made only
Edits and Redraws
Fan stuff and misc.

Do you think it's posible? I mean it would be alot of work, but it would sort the good quality stuff fro the bad junk. Plus pepole could find stuff easier.
