Need Help Making New Charas Folder/Set...

Hey, I have had charas for quite some time now and I need to make a new folder to select certain specified resources from...
But I do not know how in the world to make a new folder...
I am so angry at the software right now, I still like it, but the only thing that it tells you how to make a new folder is to go into language and add the name of the original folder and the name used in the software, but that doesn't seem to help at all!!
So, if someone could please tell me how to solve this problem, i would really appreciate it!

Yes, You know the folders like big, mid, teddy, and all of those in the sets file?
That is what I am trying to make, but it will not let me no matter what I do!
