great charset/battleset makers wanted

hey everyone i need help with making some characters from radiata stories into rpg maker 2003 format so i was wondering if anyone could help me out first of all i need charsets and battlesets of the following people

i actually did  on another rpg site but they were in RTP format i really dont like RTP format battlesets but i'm gonna have to take it if i wanna finish that suikoden game
