okay, i know ive been making a lot of requests lately and i probably shouldnt, but this one i dont need right away. my major project is set primarily in the kingdom hearts universe, and i need a VERY simple chipset for the world map. It doesn't have to be colorful or detailed, as long as it works. here's what i need:
-the deep water tile needs a spacey look. pitch black or white, with black/white dots throughout.
-the shallow water tile needs to be opposite the deep water, and should be uniform (so it forms a "path" when placed in a line)
-the land tile, eh, i dont really care. it can be copied from another chipset or just a simple tan tile, whatever you like.
this is so the player must use the "skiff" to travel between the worlds in a linear fashion at first, but later on, the player gains the ability to travel freely between any of them.
thank you for your help, and i hope this isnt too inconvenient or difficult.
again, thank you.

Could you perhaps give us a sample of how your current chipsets look so we can make something that will fit the style?
And do you more or less just want the deep water to be black with white dots moving around?
And the shallow water to be white with black dots?
Perhaps you could give us an example on how you want that pathway to look like and we could make something to fit it better.

i woke up this morning and had a flash of brilliance! I never use parallax bg's, and didn't realize how useful they could be...
I'm gonna try this and see if it works. If it does, thank you for your time and patience, if not, well, I'm an idiot.

Well, just come back and ask for something fancy when that time comes then.
