Why do you use a model ZX sprite for Zero? It would make more sense to use a sprite of Zero.

your character sprites and their faces dont look alike in many cases.
I would not play for this reason, among others.

well some I had to edit alot because they got recolored a lot and the reason the charsetsts are in charas ex format was because well I didn't really want to bother people with these reqests I could do myself but the Iris faceset was from my first game when I was still experimenting with things cause I didn't know how to do facesets and such but yes I should fix that after I get back from School

Mega Man X RPGs are being done so often that it feels like a cliche now...
Also, why is it that every single time Sigma is defeated, he just mysteriously revives? I swear, it'd be easier for X and Zero to just destroy their pitifully doomed world instead of trying to defeat that self-reviving Sigma.
Though this is just my opinion, it might be more fun to create your own original RPG. Of course, this isn't always true. When I was trying to make a Zelda rpg, I have to admit it was a fun project. I suggest doing whatever you like best, but avoiding certain cliches, among many other things that destroy most potentially good games.

I wondered how he kept revived myself anyway here are some screenshots finally my photobucket was goin crazy so I couldn't do anything for a while
The Title Screen (found it on some site and edited it to rpg maker format)
I wonder if it will assist with the bots goin around...
Oh no not metools anything but them not the weakest monsters in the game please!
Zero did you remember your pin?
Do you remeber this guy? no? haha neither do I
Hardly a fight? that guy took 30 Hp per hit out of us!
Sure you werent sleeping.....
So far this game is a fun project but the thing I'm gonna hate doin is Maps with all those panoramas -_-

Criticisms;
Title Screen= The menu overlaps the title. That's a bit silly, isn't it? I mean, unless your game is entitled Megaman Cod Mission Z Zero Of The On. Not that the real title is spectacular. Lots of word doesn't=good. It's painful to say.
Mapping= Ridiculously empty. I mean
dude.
There's absolutely
nothing
in these maps.
Big battle characters with small backdrops= no no. It makes it look like your characters spontaneously ubersize when in battle. The fact that the overworld and battle backdrop are
identical
only draws more attention to this.
Message backdrop/System graphic= Eyesore. Checkered Turquoise? I get the feeling that you meant to choose stretch but chose tiled instead.
The battle scenes look pretty okay. They're consistant, I suppose.

I like the battle sceens myself, but you're maps are just plain no good. You need OBJECTS! things around the area itself, not just open space for miles and miles around.

Dude, dont mix MMZ/ZX style with the PS1 MMX style. WAY too much clashing.
