I used to use the Charas.ex program on my old RM2K project, which sadly got lost when my old IBM took a crap about five years ago. I had made a really sweet half dragon/half man charset with it.
I have recently re-discovered my love for RM, but this time I'm using XP. does Charas.ex work for xp?
Are any of the resources on this site compatible with XP?

Well, what i'm really looking for is a character sprite maker like Charas.ex but for RMXP.
