Link "Team" don't work

After clicking link "Team" on main page (left menu) of ChP I saw this:

Not Found
The requested URL /forum/forumleaders.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at charas-project.net Port 80

Can you fix this problems, because I would know e-mail addresses of admins in case the forum would be down again.
