I needs a city chipset

Yes a city chipset, but not the one that's on the resources page. I need a realistic sized city chipset for my new project. i have some stuff but what I'm missing is... like big buildings and stuff... roads and cars would help lots too... thanks to anyone who helps me and a favor i shall owe them!

Would this do? It is one from the CR I have been messing with. The gray car windshield with the ticket is off though, but it should be easily fixable.

Not really what I'm looking for but some of the stuff i can use... i can't remember what it was but it kinda had a ghetto theme... it was really awesome, but can't find it... anywhere...
