How do I make a supporting PNG image? I have paint, IrfanView, and Gimp.

Save it with 256 colors. I'm not sure how you do it in the last two, but I know if you do it in Paint it'll screw up your image majorly.

With Gimp I can set the 256 colors, and save as PNG. However, RPGM2K can't read it. BMP seems to work fine sofar. To subminting to this site, I ned a working PNG file.

I've been told Irfanview definitely saves as 256 colours and PNG format, but I've never actually used it myself so i can't confirm it or say how to do it for sure.
