How do i make Battle animations using MS Paint>

I'm pretty confused on how to make battle animations using MS Paint. I know that you open a sprite sheet. After that, i don;t know how to make battle animations, is there an easy way to make battle animations using paint?

You need to draw it yourself with paint. Like, with the line tool, or the brush and so on.
If you're looking for shiny effects and such - try photoshop.
