Just take the game project and copy it as a new project folder and try it as a game disk.
Ah, okay, purp figured it out. You have to use the resource uploader for every image. All files have to be 256 color format. Then you have to import them via the resource uploader, which is located in rm2k3, it'll create a lot of problems. Not sure what the rtp.ini problem is.
Hmm... Did you import your music files too? Its vital that everything rm2k3 uses in your project be imported via the resource uploader. I know it can work just fine sometimes if you do just drop the files in your folder, but this could creating all your game disk problems.
Double post, I know, but try redownloading your rtp or reinstalling it. RTP.ini is the RTP start up file. If that's failing, that means you either have a faulty RTP or you don't have it all.
