You have them saved as one picture but you need to separate them.

A battle char is 144x384. So you just need to take the left half and save it as one file and the right half as another file. Then import them and add them in the database under "animation"

Got it However It says Invalid Color Depth  Also i'm using Rpg maker 2003

You need to save it with no more than 255 colours. I think Paint can do something like that, otherwise any picture editing tool like Irfan View and Photoshop can do it.
