Good Idea for a new project

My idea of how it should work is that there should be a blank picture. Then theres a side bar with small pics of images you can put on. u click the thumbnail, and then the full-size pic apears on the blank pic. the, you can drag the pic somewhere else and resize it. So, what do you thinkof my idea? good, no?

Well, it's a nice thought, but don't you think it might be a bit tricky to code? And it would need hundreds of resources, and most of the monsters would look just like each other...

Sorry if I seem mean, but some more deatils might be nice. I still like the idea though.
