Weapon set help...

i made a custom weaponset for my custom character for my game.
how I made it was I put a layer over the battle character in photoshop.
Seeing as i thought the sets would be the same sizes.
it was offset in rm2k3, so I looked at other sets and the dimensions were 192x512. I changed it and now the gloves aren't on his hands anymore, instead they float around.
if anyone has had this same problem, is there a quick-fix?
all my characters are custom so this will really screw things up. because I have more sets to do.

A weapon frame is 64 X 64, while a battlechar's is 48 X 48. So, what you have to do, is whip out a template like
this
, then post each frame of your battlechar's attacking stance in the squares, so that none of them overlap the blue squares. Then post your weapon overtop, and erase your character. It should work.

Errm... well, it's what I do, so don't worry about it.
