I think it's like one of 'em landing lights that flashes for like a split second in order to tell people where something is. Dunno why she would have it, but oh well. For all I could tell, It might be a pacer.

The reason her boot flashes sometimes is actually through no fault of mine, although I think a pulsing light is fairly believable. The drawplus effect used to create the light is actually a bit unstable and varies in brightness depending on where you move it.

Skinner will return. I'm not focussing on him right at this moment because too many characters at once becomes webcomic suicide, but I still mention him in the comic from time to time.

EDIT: Oops, in that last panel she's supposed to say "Saph, Z", as in Saphy and Mr Z. She's telling herself she's going out at the moment XD
