Please help me make some character traits.

I'm in the middle of making my own RPG. I'm creating familiars (purchasable team-mates.) But I want them to all vary completely, I don't want any similar characters. Please could someone help me pick traits for the undescribed characters please so my game has some variation. Here are the characters:
Nether-Guard-
All round average stats, no weaknesses or resistances.
Imp-
Lower stats than most characters but exceeds in magic and MP. Learns bucketloads of spells.
Wisp- Horrificly low health and defense but rocketed attack and powerful special moves.
Joop (Small Dragon)-
Tigaris (Tiger Monster)-
Boasts in ATK, DEF and HP. Slightly higher than the Nether-Guard but has awfully low Magic and MP. It's upgrades are powerful but very expensive.
Garbit-Hater-
There is a certain type of monster family in my game called a Garbit. This monster does triple damage against them and takes 33% damage from them instead of 100%.
Welfish (Giant Wolf)-
Has high resistance to ailments (poison, sleep, burn, insanity etc.), has very high health and good moderate ATK. Every 4 levels, all of it stats are lower than usual, but then once it levels up, the stats become higher than before. eg. Level 1- 3 ATK, Level 2- 5 ATK, Level 3- 8 ATK,
Level 4- 5 ATK, Level 5- 10 ATK.
Lizardman-
Advisor- Abysmal stats, but can battle scan, offer advice and gives you access to new areas in the library. Has 1 special attack which is insanely powerful later on.
Mummy-
Vampire Bat-
(Could possibly steal HP?)
Ariman (Gargoyle Thing)-
Ice Golem-
Fire Golem-
Electromaniac-
Wind Bird-
Ghoul-
Skeleton General-
Arch-Devil-
Fallen Angel-
As you can see, I can't think of ideas for quite a few of these characters and would like your opinions. Please fill in any gaps which contain "???"'s.

Nether-
A game featuring more extras and minigames than anything. Endorse in hours of fun without even doing the storyline. A game with so many features it's just not right.

Ok, just filling in, not that good, pretty basic really but it might work.
Joop (Small Dragon)-
High agility and attack, lacks hp, fire resistance. Steals mana. Immune to berserk and paralysis.
Lizardman-
Large amount of attack, agility and hp but lacks resistance and defense.
Mummy-
Cursing (poison,weakness ect) but low attack, high amount of defense and intelligence but defense and agility stats are low. Immune to Poisons and curses.
Vampire Bat-
High agility and HP but lacks attack and defense, Hp steling attack and immunity to blindness.
Ariman (Gargoyle Thing)-
High defense and hp but lacks agility and attack, average resistance against all but earth.
Ice Golem-
Ice attack and absorbs ice damage, awsome Defense and MP.
Ice magic and defense boost skills.
Fire Golem-
Fire attack and absorbs fire damage, awsome Attack and MP.
Fire magic and attack boost skill.
Electromaniac-
Lightning attack and absorbs lightning, Awsome Agility, speed boost skill.
Wind Bird-
High agility and attack but low hp and defense, immune to stop and stun effects.
Ghoul-
Low agility and defense but high attack and hp, immune to poison and stun effects. Weakening attack (halves Strength,Agility,Intelligence,Defense,Hp or MP)
Skeleton General-
High attack and defense but lower agility and HP. Damages attackers. Steals mana, and stun effect on attack. Immune to poison, stun and weakness.
Arch-Devil-
Cleave attack(hits all) but low attack. High amount of defense and HP, average intelligence and rather low agility. Fire and Dark resistance. Fire and dark magic. Possibly Stun&Mana steal attack
Fallen Angel-
Double attack but rather low attack. High amount of HP and agility, average Defense but rather low Inteligence, Wind and Light resistance. Wind and Light magic.
Possibly Stun&Life steal attack

Mummy and Arch Devil don't make much sense. well, mummy for, the fact that you say "high amount of defense and intelligence but defense and agility stats are low." I always picture mummies being average speed and average attack. Same for Arch Devil. I always pictured something like that having extremely high attack and life. Other than that, I agree that Prpl_mage's suggestions are great.
