need of some anime-ish drawing skillz and then photoshop skillz

I have a few scenes in my game where its going to go into these anime styled cutscenes.  I have one drawn out, but, I was wondering if someone could make them anime styled and.. colored.

Here are the images I worked on earlier this week.  If anyone is interested, I can tell you more about the images.  

Also... if your interested in helping me through the entire thing when I need some.. that'd be nice too... (not that there will be that many...)

Somehow... this ended up being the closest one. lol.
