as some of you know i go to lots of sites
looking for new things to help you all
in your games at 1st i did not know
how to get in to this site but in the end
i got in i got to see the Resources
they had 3 of my chipsets and one of my charasets
i got to see darkfox work there two
i am leting you all know as if some
one is say they made your Resources
and not giving you the thanks i get mad if i was you
i know a long time a go i did this but know i put all your names in to a note book
so i will not forget who is helping me so i can give thanks

Oh, them. They got almost as much member as charas, but they are all noobs. Real noobs. Admins are idiots, members are idiots, mods are idiots. No wonder they are also thieves.

im a member so im a noob lol but im only there to find some chipset to edit the only thing that making me mad
is i dont know the makes of them to give thanks to them
and i only looking in charas-project.net Complete Resources as
i am saving files with the makes names as
i edit a lot of charasets and chipsets
so if i come across any ones  Resources
i can let them know
at that site i have seen 5 of the Members 
that have made Resources
that are Members at charas-project.net
i can give names if needed as
i like to help you all out when i can

What I would do is bring the theft issues up with the community and the people in charge. If there is not any mention of permission, then it's clearly not there.
