Rant thread.....

The laziness of America has spawned an endless supply of crap which has no sign of stopping. Movies, television, celebrities, and youth. All the shittest I have ever seen in my life. The movies produced today are ****. ****, I say! All being sent a message that the public is as stupid as a preschooler, considering that people buy into it. Who goes to see Will Ferrel movies!? STOP GIVING THIS GUY MONEY IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE IN YOUR ****ing HEADS! This guy stars in the shittiest of all **** that has ever passed through the bowels that are the American media. Will Ferrel never was and never will be funny, yet it seems he is constantly shoved down our throats.

Movies parodying other movies give the parody form of comedy a name from which it will never recover. I will admit the Scary Movies were ingenious, and Date Movie had it's moments, but from then on it was a mere riding of the name to the bank. No more effort is seen in the previews and it is clear that people are actually stupid enough to like them. It seems that these will continue to plague theaters until the money from Scary Movie runs out (which may take a while).

Did you know toothbrushes have a science? Well they do now. Apparently, there's some sort of perfect 'combination' of bristels that'll make your teeth .01% whiter! It's amazing! You know what else has a science? Ruby Tuesdays and Pet Food. Chances are this science could've been used to rid the earth of Cancer, if it's even possible to do that anymore. Apparently anything can give you some form of Cancer unless you package your home in seran wrap or something. Quick! Break out the Sunblock with 394.20348574583054% more goat urine for that extra 5 spf!

Where's your god now? Oh, he's there next to Brad Pitt, oh wait, that is Brad Pitt. Why the hell not? His kind take up 80% of the news reports. It's a shame he's not part of this week's marriage/divorce of the week. He hasn't been on TV in a while, so i figure he'll drink a lot and get caught or maybe commit suicide. Everybody's doing it! Even if he fails to get on TV, his Wikipedia article will still be longer than Santa Claus'.

...and the youth buys into all of this.

Will Ferrel has had his moments, but I agree his recent movies have pretty much been utter ****. Nobody's holdin a gun to your head to see any of his movies. They so called "cram it down your throat" is because some people think he's funny, therefore, good buisness would be to wring Will Ferrel out for all he's worth, just so the execs. who actually aprove most of those crappy movies can get their money. Plus, don't blame Will Ferrel for his crappy movies. He didn't write them.

I agree as well on those dumbass parody movies. They should have died long long long long long ago with Scary Movie, Scary Movie 2 at the most. At first it was like HA HA THEYS MAKIN FUN OF MOVIES THAT SHOULD BE SCARY! But now, it's just retarded. You can pretty much expect everything that happens. How many of those stupid movies have come out? I know there's the four Scary Movies, Date Movie, Epic Movie, the new one, Disaster Movie (Which also looks like ****), and Meet the Spartans. The only bearable thing that's in at most all of them is Carmen Electra.

Yeah, that's the media for you. If it doesn't have shock value, then that **** won't sell. America's media is so ****ing twisted, it's sickening. Why won't they report anything that would be meaningfull? Because ratings would drop because people don't watch the news for actual news anymore. They watch it for entertainment.

Yeah, Brad Pitt is a giant douche. Why they continue to report on him and the stupid **** he does, is beyond me. Someone should make Brad Pitt homeless or something, then we just might deal with a real problem.

You have to admit, 90% of the capitalism and celebrity culture and shallowness and general idiocy is American.

There are other countries like Germany which have strong capitalist culture similar to America, but they don't have the same negativities.

I got back from the Netherlands a few weeks ago, and I think they have a great thing going. Social medicine, one highest paid general population. And politics in general are more for the people. Sorry for changing the topic but, I want to rant about Marc Anthony and J-Lo. Why? For a number of reasons....

1. The 'New-Yorican' factor. I freakin' HATE that term, 'Neuyorican'. WTF?! "Oh, I was born in The Bronx! My parents were straight-up Bronxies, too, but they're Puerto Rican, so I'm Newyorican!"


Shut the hell up, you poser. If an Asian is born in Hawaii, and grows up learning an Asian language, and learns some--not all, but some (as in, the two most important) holidays (which aren't even actually Asian), and never even visits Asia, nor knows anything of Asian history, how the hell can s/he claim to be Asian? It doesn't make sense, right? So, then, what the hell are J-Lo and Marc Anthony thinking, going around like Puerto Ricans when they're from New York? What's worse is all the respect they get when they come over here (about once every 9000 years), as if they were true, blue Puertoricans.

I'm not saying I'm more puertorican than they are--hell, I was born in PR, but I grew up 9 years in the U.S.--I sound like a yankee, and I while I probably know more puertorican history than Marc Anthony, I don't have much of the culture sense (then again, culture is dead in P.R.). At least I'm honest enough to recognize I'm not that puertorican instead of going around, saying I'm 'Pennsilvarican'.

2. Marc Anthony is a douche. He cheated on his ex-wife, Dayanara Torres--an Ex-Miss Universe--for J-Lo. And he was applauded for it, the jackass. He traded a beautiful, talented woman...for a New-York subway rat with a fake butt. And that's why I hate Marc Anthony and J-Lo.

True, but you can't take the concept of a few bad apples ruin the bunch. The thing is, all the big time execs. usually are behind every pollatition(sp?), making them greedy corupt peices of ****. America's goverment is somewhat a good start, considering that America was founded like 200-and-some years ago. If douche bags didn't run the goverment, America just might be a better place. But maybe not. See, I don't really concentrate on polotics in my daily life, or I'd go crazy.
