Huh, no.

Ah, kinda seemed like it. hq2x is a filter people use to smooth pixellated images for use in rmxp. It's really used in ZSNES to enhance the quality of graphics in roms, but I guess people found a way to use it for rm2k3 graphic conversion/enhancement. I used it quite a bit, it worked really well and had fantastic results. Those images you posted had similar results.

Personiality: Pessimistic and sarcastic. Tends to point flaws on other people's plans. Has no respect for authority, unless he happens to like the person, in which case he'd have respect, but still act unrespectful, like calling leaders stupid when they act so.
Alighment: Cleptomaniac Good.
Magic/skills: Many buffers (Speed Up, Defense up, Atk Up), and skills like throwing multiple knives or slashing multiple opponnents. The only technique worth noting is "Eagle's Eye", which targets self, gives Speed and Attack boost, Haste status, and casts "Slow" on everything else. He also has smoke bombs and poison bombs he can throw.

Magic/skills: "Eagle's Shades" same as Eagle's eye, but he's wearing shades now. It also doesn't give the Haste effet, but gives the "Hiding" effect (Basically, dodge up)

Quote: Tries to mix various sayings from various languages to hide where he came from. Most of them he says out of purpose (Like greeting someone "Hello there, memento mori have a nice day.")
