Looks really good, for the most part. You really nailed the facial structure, the eye, the nose, the mouth, etc.

As for criticism, there's the ear thing. Although, it's really as easy as a rotation. It's not perfect by any means, but any improvements I would list other than rotating the ear slightly would be nitpicking.

Your shading seems to consistently be one half lit, the other dim.  Variety is the spice of live or something of that same ilk.
