Or maybe by "feel like less of a man" she meant, like, "feel like less of a human being". Or it could also be something else. The only thing we know for sure is that your Horse had an impact on Zerlina's life. Whether it was a positive or negative impact remain to be known.

The horn is there, you just can't see it. For it to be recognizable as a unicorn to someone who's not a wizard, witch, or magical creature, you'd actually need someone to create a magic fake horn. That's how they did it with the Last Unicorn I saw anyway.
