Picturing people naked only sometimes helps. I found when i was younger an played in a band, that it helped to find a visual point between myself and the audience. I usually chose the Mic stand, or a monitor box. In your case, it would be the buttocks of the nearest gay man (and we know you already picture that naked and oiled up). Find a focal point, and stick to it. Dont focus on things beyond the stage, or youll get a bit nervous.

All the advice here for the most part would work.  I've never tried picturing any in the audience just because most of them would scar me for life I tried that.  (Most people are old... and fat that are interested in the stuff here.)
