Experiment: Escape WIP Thread

A new game I'm working on, and my first RPG. It will be programmed in Python and will hopefully be universal.

Plot:
"He's coming to!" You wake up from a brutal dream. All you remember from it was the pain: immense pain that threatened to tear you apart. An unknown rage burns through you. You open your eyes. A man in a white coat stands over you. "Hello. I'm doctor--" A sudden impulse strikes you. You cut him short by choking him.
"Where am I?" An assistant sounds an alarm. "WHERE AM I!?"The doors slam open. A large guard robot enters. You throw the man to the floor and stand up.

(First battle of the game starts now)

The game is basically an escape game in RPG style. It mainly takes place in an unknown location (can't give to much away )
You will also meet several other "people" who are trying to escape (I need to figure out these still. If you want to be one, let me know. I just need a charset and battleset)

Characters:

War Machine: A sometimes violent cyborg. He can be unnecessarily violent at times, causing him to get in trouble. He has a very odd personality, meaning at times he can be extremely violent, and at others very calm. He is a natural born fighter, which is only amplified by the experiment. He doesn't remember who he is (cliche alert?), but he doesn't really seem to care. He just wants out of the lab. He appears to enjoy his new form, which gives him a robotic left arm and more cybernetic parts.
Abilities:
Punch- Basic Crush attack
Chop-Like a karate chop, basic Slash type attack
Charge-Store energy in your batteries for a more powerful attack next turn
Ram-run and ram into an enemy with your metal shoulder, Crush attack

Rawrg: REALLY primitive. Just doesn't seem to like humans very much. Unless he's eating one...
Probably will be a boss
Abilities:
Rawr-Spawns little creature-things that try to eat you, Slash attack (for now)
Chomp-He bites you. Impale attack
Stomp-Tries to step on you. Crush attack
Swipe-Uses his claws to swipe you. Slash attack

Battle System:
Will probably end up something similar to Golden Sun or a sideways one.

Additional Notes:
-There will probably be no shops. However, there will be storerooms where you can find items.
-I may make it so progress from this game will affect the next one in the series
-Abilities shown currently are not all of them. There will be more in-game. You have to learn more attacks/skills
I'll get sprites up as soon as i upload to photobucket and finish more

EDIT: This project has been put on hold because i'm learning a new programming language to use.
EDIT: I also had an idea for another cool game, so i want to do this one after. This is more like an "origins" game, so yeah.

Yeah i know the names kinda suck.
As for images, photobucket is being annoying so you'll have to wait a bit.

EDIT: I should have mentioned that i was having a bit of trouble with a main character. For now War machine is main, but kinda don't want him as it. if anyone has an idea of what he should be, let me know.

Why don't you use Imageshack? The images never disappear.

Well i finally got the sprites for War Machine uploaded. It wasn't that they were disappearing, although i guess they may have too. They were having trouble uploading. No luck on screenshots though.

Are you using the [img] code for photobucket?
Using any other won't show up on charas.
