Was just about to request a contest and I wouldn't mind entering one like this. Gives me a reason to create some custom chipsets for my One Piece library fitting with the theme.

Short version: I'm in, details please.

Alright everyone relax!  Who can I or someone else contact in order to set this up?  We could all vote on what chipset to use or something and have a time limit and specifications for map design.  A prize can be like a Charas award or something.  I'll leave the awards up to someone with authority.
