gun help

I am having trouble setting up a chart for a gun. I wish to have a 12 direction sprite for a hand gun so I can import it into charas Ex. The reason I am having trouble doing this is because I dont own a program like photoshop. I just want it so it can look like the sprite has the gun. It might look dumb but its what I need. the color doesn't matter and it would be nice if the size would let it fit in charas ex. thank you.
