Using Charas resources on another platform

Hello; I am new here. I have searched the forums but I wasn't able to find the answer to my question. I do not use rpgmaker; I am trying to throw together a JRPG style RPG in flash. Is it ok to use some resources in this flash project? (Credit & link to Charas will be included). If it is not allowed what do I have to do to be able to use them? Thanks very much.

I'm positive it's allowed.
I use charas resources in prototyping Gamemaker ideas, after all.
